Blackcat20 I did not know about IN N Out being there. Love the thickshakes and the money left over out of a ten dollar note.
I buy Faconnable shirts at great prices up there.
There is something for everyone at this huge outlet mall in Camarillo.
 
We have done the drive multiple times and it is good fun but the driver does need to concentrate and look forward to the stops.
I would go the quick way if it was foggy or raining like crazy but I look forward to the sights. We have stayed at Pebble Beach which was brilliant and we still have Hearst Castle on our to do list.
We did the train years ago and that was enjoyable.
