Under construction - due to open 2021. About 20mins South of Auckland Airport, being developed by NZ Bloodstock (horse racing).
Relatively small at 120 rooms and Doubletree managed.

Also didn't realise that a Doubletree had opened in Napier earlier this year, along with Wellington in 2018 (Wellington to get a Doubletree).
Joining the older Queenstown and 2016 reflag in Christchurch.
Almost more Hiltons in NZ than Aus at this rate.
