Evening gents,

What are the "snacks" available on flights these days.

I asked recently and was given the vary last bag of nuts available on the plane.

What happened to Pringles, pretzels, chips, crackers and cheese etc.

Or is that a thing of the past?

Who has got what recently either on request or by offer?

I have been offered the (very hot) wasabi peas and pretzels in my limited J travel. Both are very good 'beer' snacks.

The cheese and crackers are (sometimes?) offered as a refreshment on some flights so I highly doubt you will see QF offering them as a 'snack' in J.

All my recent flights have been almonds or wasabi peas. I seem to get the pretzels more regularly in economy.

+1 that..and if you're in J/C and want some preztels..just ask..i do and the F/A gets some from Y/C if they are available :D

I was on a flight from PVG to SYD recently and the FA told me they were soon stopping the Wasabi and Almonds due to the negative comments from Pax.
