Doing a redemption from Asia to Europe via Doha and vice versa

I'm trying to do a redemption from Asia to Europe on QR through Velocity awards.

Problem is that it is impossible to do them together. There is plenty of redemption from Asian cities to Doha, and plenty from Doha to Europe, but you cannot combine them.
The only way is separate segments, with separate award fares.
Is this intentional? Can you get around it by calling up?

Please let me know if you have any knowledge regarding this.

I think that it's probably a limitation on VA's booking system. I've previously called up to successfully have CPH-DOH and DOH-MEL (both in J and with a ~8 hour layover in DOH) put onto the one ticket and priced correctly as CPH-DOH-MEL. Assuming there are no issues with married segments, you should be able to do something similar.

What I'm not sure about is what happens if one of the flights is a VA wet lease one.

Can you find the redemption on the route and date you want on QR Privilege Club, or other OW programs? It could be that award for the married segments that you wanted are not available, but available on individual routes.

I've redeemed QR J HKG-DOH-BCN all in 1 ticket via AAdvantage, and QR J DUB-DOH-HKG all in 1 ticket on QR Privileged Club last year.
