Looks like I have a developing situation with a parcel sent to us from India. It seems that TNT Aust uses a system where an express company in India becomes the account holder for the delivery & controls what happens to the parcel (even though our sender & us have no relationship with this account holder). The parcel was sent via an Indian courier service but they are regarded as just a "sub-agent" to the seemingly all powerful "account holder".
