I stay at the IC in ADL every week (and have been doing so for some time). The Docomo internet system is the worst system I have ever used and that includes some fairly dodgy establishments in SE Asia.

Is it just in ADL or do other FFs find it bad elsewhere?

Adelaide Hilton were using Docomo as their internet provider when I stayed there in 2010, and it was bloody awful there too.

I wonder what the issue is, will have a chat with them and let you know.

What exactly is the issue you are experiencing? Why do you find it the worst system?

Docomo Intertouch is just a system for proving pay-per-view movies and pay internet to Hotel room. It is the bit where you select what plan you want and how much you want to pay. It does things like traffic shaping and enforcing limits set by the hotel. It then integrates with the hotel's billing system. Do you have trouble with the interface? Or are you finding the connection slow?

The Docomo Intertouch system can be hooked up to which ever ISP the hotel wishes. Although it could be NTT Docomo, in Australia that is far more likely to be Telstra, Optus and AAPT.
