Do transfers from Bank rewards to Velocity keep points alive?

Are transfers from ANZ rewards to Velocity considered ‘earning points’ for the purpose of keeping points in the account from expiring? I can’t find any info that Velocity extended points expiration due to COVID, only status extensions.

Yes, this would count as activity in your Velocity account.

Yes.

But you can also for example keep your points alive (ie to restart the 18 month expiration clock) also buy something very inexpensive through the Velocity Shopping Portal, or a few litres of fuel at a 7/11.
