In my latest US Airways Dividend Miles newsletter there is an offer of 40,000 bonus points with a co-branded US Air Mastercard - are these offers open to oversea members. Reason I ask is that the application forms for the cards have no facility to have an overseas address

Thanks markis10, thought that might be the case. It was nice to live in hope as I have several domestic flights later this year
