Etihad is reportedly moving to 'demand-based' pricing.

Doesn't sound good. They're going to scam extra points out of you for booking close to departure or in 'high-demand' periods. Will they even have a reward chart?

Dont think I can handle anymore "enhancements" from EY.

Was happy with the reward seats we had last month but happily picked SQ rewards over them for bookings I recently made (fees were much cheaper with SQ as well).

Will be interesting to see how it impacts VA redemption rates on EY flights, if at all.

Yeah interested to see this too, although the value of the program dropped considerably last year when they added a crazy $1200 surcharge (e.g. return europe).
