Delta Skymiles - what to do with them

I have 20,000 Delta Skymiles which from my research there is very little I can do with them. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do with them as I'm based in Australia and unlikely to travel to the USA in the foreseeable future.

Have you thought of purchasing miles?

I have around ~7,000 Delta Skymiles. Not much can be done with these miles.

The best thing is these miles dont expire so perhaps one day we will have enough for a redemption.

I may be reading the award chart wrong, but you appear to need 30,000 miles for any flight within the Southwest Pacific region.
