Delta SkyMiles Partner Mileage credit

I've submitted a mileage credit from China Southern and Xiamen air to be credited on Delta SkyMiles a few weeks ago, but nothing has come through on my account.

This is the first time. am doing a mileage credit on this account. Have tried calling Delta customer service on multiple occasions but stuck on hold for nearly 45 mins and gave up.

Anyone with experience on how long it takes to credit the mileage?

It's a painful process - it took me months of submitting and resubmitting requests/follow ups and even then, only three of the four legs on CZ were ever credited. I think DL still has people manning their social media accounts - you might have better luck reaching out to them and asking for help to push it along.
