According to Amex they did my monthly credit of QBR points (45,000 odd this month) on Friday 13th, but there's no sign of anything in my QBR balance. After speaking to both Amex and QBR, Amex suspect there is a a delay this month in Qantas crediting the points and QBR admitted there seems to be a technical difficulty.
I just can't help but notice the timing, leading up to the devaluation of the Qantas FF point for upgrades and premium ticketing. I'm sure it's just a coincidence, right?
