Have booked Gold Coast flight & hotel package through Qantas (an online special offer).
JQ fare is Jet saver (?). Qantas have subsequently told us that the fare is fixed - can't upgrade seating options & can't access the seat map.
Could we deal direct with Jet* for seat allocation or upgrade, if we have the JQ booking reference number, and is it likely than Qantas would provide that number to us.
