CX redemption cancellation: ? possible to do it online

Hello brain trust

I had cancelled CX redemption before .... by phone.

I could now see the link "Cancel Booking" next to my redemption bookings.

Has anyone had any experience with the online cancellation ?

Good to go or avoid at all costs ?

it should be fine although i haven't used for a couple of years (and their IT could be spotty so you might be better off calling)
