I would say no access by virtue JQ access is granted by fare type, QF status or QP membership and not Oneworld status

No, but you could always try.

JQ are a "non-member affiliate". They are not part of OneWorld.

Compare to Dragonair who are a "member affiliate".

Thanks all, as I suspected.

Am QF PS, 55 sc's short of SG (no more QF flights before my JQ)
So,I do have one QP pass from last requal as PS.
Was hoping another would be sent once i requal'd as PS, but this does not appear to have been the case.
Airport bar shall suffice!
