Big thank you fro this one. I have just completed it as I was in Singapore anyway and I had never been to Bangkok. (MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM) ((Another story))

ON checkin at SIN I got "Mr Statesman we have upgraded you to First, and you are on a 777-300ER with the new First product!" Well it was the best seat on an aircraft I have ever been in. And we had full F service fro the 1:50 flight. Didn;t want to get off!

On checkin in BKK I got "MR Statesman we have upgraded you to First." This time it was a 747-400. Old First product. But full F service. Also had a brush with fame. Linkin Park (Linkin Park) were on the plane. The bouncers sat in J so I got to have a chat with them.

BK is interesting

I see now new CX special yet though i used the non earning flights SIN-HKG-KIX a couple of times (shock horror, non earning !) but they were really cheap. Never got to use the BKK flights. Oh well maybe next year the specials wil be back.
