Customs Opening Time at BNE?

Trying to google, but cant find the answer.. anyone know the opening time for the custom office at BNE ? Got few big/oversized items need 'sightings' prior check in to claim TRS..

I am not sure if there is a Customs desk near check in, however the gate to go down to Security, Immigration and TRS is not opened until 05.00

The TRS desk just to the right of Immigration was not manned when I went past at about 05.15 but there were 2 guys there when I went back just before 06.00. I used the online form which sent a barcode to my phone app. The guy scanned my barcode, looked at the item for 1 second and processed the refund to my CC. The whole process took about a minute.

Thanks for your reply, my flight is at 9am.. and planning to go to the custom office (M floor) at 630am. just afraid of the long queue.. and i need the items to be sighted since it has to be checked in ..

I dont fly out of Brisbane airport every day but I have never seen any queues anywhere that would make me concerned. Sure there are queues but Brisbane is not Sydney airport!

My gut feeling is that you wont have any issues.
