Supposedly available 24 hours 7 days a week. I prefer to try and change a booking by speaking to Australian (or NZ staff)' not S.A. or Philippines'. SO, just wondering if, as with Mon to Fri, it is Australian staff after 7:00am on the weekend? Does anyone know please?

Of course if you can do it online but prefer to get an agent to do it you will be charged a fee...
Either way surely a flight change is not so difficult that even an offshore call centre can handle it.... hopefully.
