2 night stay.
In heart of "Financial district" and a 2 min walk to Amsterdam Zuid Train and Metro station. 15 mins into Centraal on metro.
Nice new hotel. Very quiet on the Friday night, much busier Thursday. So would seem activity correlates with work nights.
Room good and had one fantastic feature - hydronic heater in bathroom (so handwashed clothes dried easily!)
Stayed there as the in-town CP is closed for refurb (as a Kimpton).
Didn't dine in hotel - number of restaurants and "casual dining" options nearby.
Would happily stay there again (although downtown location better for "tourist" this one good for conference centre and
Financial district).
Very fast to AMS on train (<15 min and cost <€5 - eat your heart out Australia).
