It wasnt quite so pleasant for those of us stuck in traffic crossing thr bridge...

I'm having lunch on board the P&O Arcadia while its docked in BNE tomorrow, should be rather nice.

Aaah, the beautiful QM2. I was on her inaugural world cruise in 2007 (well part of it ie Sydney - Dubai) and there traffic that day was beyond belief. I would have thought the novelty would have worn off by now though with regards to traffic jams etc.

She really is a gorgeous ship, I cant wait to go on her again. I recently came back from part of the world cruise on the Queen Victoria (Cunards newest ship) an although lovely she just isnt a patch on the QM2.

Dreaming of another cruise..

While not quite a cruise I spent 39 days/nights on the Patris back in 1972. A wonderful experience for an 8 year old.

I have vowed to do a proper cruise when I have more time on my hands once I retire in a few years....
