We've got 4 domestic flights flown over the past 3 months under the EY code but VA operated. None have been credited to velocity. By contrast VA coded flights on the same itineraries got credited as expected within 24 hours of the flight. And the international EY flights all got credited within 2 weeks.

I submitted missing points claim a month ago but have not heard back since.
I'm interested to know other's experience with this before I call/write back to VA.

Thanks.

I have had a similar issue with flights, they were EY flights not credited to VA, has been about a month now and I have been advised that it can take up to another six weeks. When I called VA they were not that helpful and pointed me to there Terms and Conditions on partner airlines.

On previous occassions after submitting a retro claim I have contacted the plat desk if there has been no action after 3 weeks of the retro claim being lodged and have received prompt action to resolve the issue

I traveled to Europe on December using EY, forgot to put my VA number.

Submitted around 4 Jan 15, I just got my point and status point today 12 Feb 15

Give them around 4-6 weeks.

I had the same issue, apparently there is some problem with the system. Give the Velocity rep on here a quick PM & they'll sort it out for you.

Opposite problem. EY coded VA operated SYD-AUH. Etihad "speak to Virgin"' Virgin "speak to Etihad".....yawn....

Great, there are obviously big problems with VA/EY linking their systems at the moment, it's completely bizarre and annoying... Why always so hard with VA?!?

I've been waiting 30 days for an AUH-LHR. Retro-claimed, contacted Platinum line. Nothing yet, but it's not as bad a timeframe as others have posted.
