Hi All,

i recently booked 2 economy flexi fares from MEL-LHR. Because there was not enough availability on the outbound flight to upgrade both of our flexi fares to Y+ my partner had to travel in Economy. The booking agent said because of this they would need to complete 2 separate bookings with 2 different PNRs (Which was fine)

I have just checked my credit card statement and noticed I have been charged 2 lots of guest contact centre and credit card fees for the 2 separate bookings. Given the reason for 2 bookings was VA's systems does it seem fair that I should get charged twice?

I'm Velocity WP if it matters...
