Credit ANA to SQ or VA?

Hi, all,
I thought that I'd gather your opinion on which program I should credit an upcoming flight to.

I've got an ANA/NH business (Z) flight from NRT to HNL early next year (2026).
Using GCM, I'm told that this is 3,819 miles.

I'm currently Platinum with VA but this will eventually drop to entry level (over the next few years) as they're program no longer suits my flying habits (unfortunately). I don't have any SQ status but do redeem their miles for SQ J and F seats (which are hard to come by in other FF programs).

According to the KrisFlyer calculator, I'll receive 5,721 miles for this trip if credited to SQ.

According to the Velocity earn tables, for a Z class flight, it'll be 1.25x miles = 4,773 Velocity points (rounding down, the equivalent of 3,079 KrisFlyer miles) and 100 SCs.

Have I calculated this correctly?
If so, it's a choice of 100 SCs for Velocity or >5.5k KrisFlyer miles. At the moment the latter may be more useful as I doubt that I'll ever reach Forever Gold under the current earn rates.

I'm interested to read your opinions.
Thank you.

The biggest downside of SQ is the 3 year expiration imho.
So it depends if you can make use of the points in time...
