Just asking a general question for privilege reward redemption. When you use the points required calculator you get 135000 points required for a J class Europe to Mel flight. When you try to redeem the flights, the avios points charge is 180000. Am I doing something wrong?

The usual price for a business class redemption from Europe to Australia on QR is 90,000 Avios if there is award availability.

The award in your screenshot is a "flexi" award, which is offered if there are no regular award seats available and costs double the amount of Avios.

The 135,000 Avios price is for first class (again, if there is availability).
