Back in March, the GM's name was Michael Bourne. Not sure if it has changed since.

As an aside, I never heard back from him after I complained via email that their "king size" beds are actually two single beds pushed together with a big crack between them.

Thats quite common in the industry, called a Zip King! And I have fallen down the crack before......(Mantra on Salt).

I'm pleased to report that I have received a satisfactory response from the GM to my email.
A whole lot better than having a rant on Trip Advisor and hopefully better service for any future stays

Late response I know, but I know two of the Duty Manager's very well. They email me before each stay and ensure I'm happy and looked after. Let me know Princess F if everything is resolved or I can pass on their emails also.
