Connection time in MCT

I'm looking to fly AUH to MCT on BA and then connecting straight on to QR to CMB via DOH (that part is locked in and already ticketed). If the BA flight arrives at 22:05 and my QR flight leaves at 23:40, is that a risky connection time in MCT? Is MCT easy to transfer in? I can't find anything on the MCT or QR sites.

I can't miss the QR flight as I need to be in CMB the next day and I can't fly a day earlier from AUH on BA. I'll only have hand luggage.
