Quite simply, who's the best when you exclude the AMEX platinum concierge? (can't justify $1,200 for this perk)

For me the most important factor is the ability to book restaurants that are very hard to get bookings for. I know the amex plat could pull miracles out of its behind on this front. Does anyone out there even come close?
I would love to hear your experiences.

Thanking you in advance. :)

Hi, I hold and use citi prestige concierge but have been underwhelmed by their ability. No miracles that I can share.

This has mostly been for last minute seats for 1ichellin star restaurants in Australia for 1-2 ppl. Trying to get a seat at Heston Blumenthal's fat duck without entering thebraffle.

No miracles, sorry
