Concierge service

So I've had this card a short while now, but know little about the concierge service offered.
does anyone use it? Is it worth using?

I don't have this card, but have others that have the same service. They are good for getting you on VIP lists at nightclubs, restaurant reservations, etc etc, though it's often faster to do these things yourself. I'd never trust a CC concierge to make travel bookings though!

Does anyone know the number for Woolworth Concierge service? I can't find it since they redid their website and their customer service has no idea.
