Complimentary alcohol reduction

Dear VFF, Could you please provide some clarification over the apparent reduction of complimentary alcohol from 4-7pm to 5-7pm. I do not remember seeing any notification that the service is/was changing.

Hello bullerdude - whilst I sympathise with your loss, did you really think that you would be advised of any changes to service BEFORE they occurred. after all as a WP why would you think you would be notified? - being cynical here

It surprised me too - especially since our flight last week left at 5pm precisely, but nothing was offered!

I got offered a wine or beer on a 6.30pm SYD-MEL this past monday
