The judgment of the U.S. Supreme Court (a rare unanimous judgment) in Northwest, Inc. v Ginsberg can be accessed here: http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/13pdf/12-462_p8k0.pdf.

What is interesting about this case is that the appeal was based on the narrow issue of an alleged breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing (implied by state law) is trumped by federal law and so inapplicable to the revocation by Northwest (now Delta) of Rabbi Ginsberg's platinum elite status in WorldPerks. Rabbi Ginsberg chose not to pursue or appeal the breach of contract allegation and even the Court noted that he may have been vindicated if he pursued them.
