I recently had some flight changes, which affected how I earned on flights directed to QFF. I haven't contacted QF yet, since I'm in Central America with intermittent internet access, but thought I'd see if anyone else had encountered the situation before going through the process of asking QF about it.

I originally had a pair of Iberia flights on the same ticket, MUC-MAD-CMN, which would have both earned QF points and SC. Due to IB schedule changes, they moved one of the two flights to an IB-codeshare on a Royal Air Maroc (AT) flight. As with most carriers, codeshare flights with non-OW metal don't earn with QFF, and so I didn't receive anything for that one.

Would it be possible to ask for ORC for the ticket? My routing between cities didn't change, but the change from proper IB to IB codeshare on AT affected the earn.

Yes, definitely ask for ORC. I don't think you should have a problem.
