Code share with Air Vanuatu

I'm off to Vanuatu next month, booked through Air NZ but with the ex-AKL flight on Air Vanuatu. I'm a Gold FF with Air NZ.

Does anyone know how I can select seats on the Air Vanuatu flight? I'd prefer not to wait until I get to the airport.

You can't preselect seats, best you can do is phone up and ask but you'll probably try to fob you off. Be prepared to be sat at the back :-( which usually happens to me !!
