Clean EXCEPT microwave did not work

Family member booked because wanted kitchen facilities..... Consultant and was paid for by the job they came to do.
Nice enough people at checkin.
Clean EXCEPT microwave did not work, griller had not been cleaned. Replaced microwave and did not check to see if clean..... Dirty inside.... Not happy and negative feedback Will be returned by email.... $200 a night is shocking!
