Hello everyone!

I have a couple of flights coming up over the next few weeks, that being through the month of June. I recently picked up Silver FF in this my first year of membership. My membership turnover date for SCs is 30 June to achieve Gold. The flights I have going this month however will not be enough to get me there.
My flights are not currently associated with my FF number and I was thinking that if I claim them in July then the SCs that will be credited will fall into my new 12 month window to help me towards achieving Gold. I have a few flights coming up throughout the year and my flights this month could give me a good head start. What I was wondering though was whether anyone actually knows that if by placing a claim in July for flights in June, those SCs will actually end up in my new FF membership year?

Thanks

Owen

If you claim them in July, then they will still be classed as in the previous year's membership and will not count towards the next year

Love your logic though, even my devious mind had never considered doing that!:mrgreen:

You will receive an adjustment to your lifetime status credit tally (included as a separate line entry on your statement), but as Dave says, it will not count to your next year's status achievements.
