Hi all,

I fly on MU quite a lot and often try to claim back QF FF points on these flights. Lately, it has become increasingly difficult to get Qantas to give me the points for these flights. The online claim form doesn't have MU, so I have been emailing boarding passes through to [email protected].

This has worked a few times, but lately they have just been put straight through in my activity statement as "No record of travel". The flights are all valid MU booking classes under according to the earn table.

I understand that MU is not a Oneworld airline, but why do they make it so hard to get points when they advertise that you can? Is there anything else I should be doing to make this easier? At the moment the system doesn't work.

Interested to hear your thoughts.

Sounds rather frustrating. If you're booking into a QFF earning fare bucket, I don't understand why QF isn't coming to the party. Perhaps include a screenshot of the QF website and point out your booking class when emailing the Frequent Flyer Service Centre?

You could also try calling QFF, I guess.
