Claim missing points always rejects my partner airline claims

I have had to use QF website to claim points not credited for partner airlines on 6 occasions in last 5 years. Most recently last month. Flights with Qatar or Finnair discount business. Every single time the online claim is rejected - “ airline and booking class not eligible to earn”
I then have to use the QF email and send copies of all boarding passes to get this fixed. Anyone have more success than me?
 
I'm curious - how often are you finding that partner flights aren't properly crediting to your account? Does it happen on every occasion or is this an intermittent thing or something rare?

As for having difficulty claiming credit on partner flights taken afterwards, so far as I can tell this is a OneWorld IT issue. I know when I was a United Premier Gold the once in a blue moon a partner flight would not credit correctly, and it was a simply a matter of filling out the form and in a couple of days I would receive the credit. I think that's likely because United and Star Alliance for that matter use StarNet which in my experience does a better job at tracking these things and dealing with issues like IRROPs.

About 1/4 of my flights haven’t posted automatically. With recent Qatar flights 0/2 didn’t post. Other family members similarly affected. I just find it strange that the claim missing points option has never actually worked.

My experience suggests that the online tool is automated, and in many cases doesn't fix whatever it was that made the original posting fail.

Nevermind partners, even on Qantas Group flights it can take many days or weeks for the darn tool to award you the points. At this point, when these things happen I just call up QFF and get it sorted then and there. This is also one of the reasons why I keep my boarding pass since you never know if you'll need to use to claim missing credits.

If you mean Jetstar, from a QFF perspective, Jetstar are another partner airline.

I mean QF in this case. Frankly I don't see the point in using the tool. Why spend the time filling out all that paperwork if the credits take forever to post? Much easier to call up QFF and get it sorted that way.
