Citibank Signature Qantas Rewards Overseas

Hi,
I am sure that someone must have used this card overseas and can tell me:
Am I correct in thinking that the Citi Signature Card (when opted into the Qantas Rewards) will earn a better than 1:1 rate? If Citibank rewards programme earns 1.5 points per $1 AUD spend, and 4 points per $1 spend...... then Qantas Rewards overseas spend must be about 2.6 points per $1? Just wanted to check (without assuming) - before using it for the main card overseas. Otherwise back to the 28 Degree card.

Pretty sure there is no difference between overseas and local use if opting for QFF points.

No extra points for QFF direct sweep for INTL spend.
