Late last year, Citibank had a special promotion for their Ready Credit Account and offering new customers a 4000 QFF Point promotion.
Since I sucessfully opened up an account, Citibank has not come to the party and credited the points to me as part of their deal.
I have personally found that they have mislead me into opening an account with them. I have complained bitterly each time and wondering if anyone else has been affected like me.
