Given that citi and ato no longer mix, I was wondering if anyone has ever paid their bills with a overseas card ?

e.g. a citibank card for the states earning AA points (or insert which ever card that takes your fancy) :)

Thoughts?

First thought that it would not be worth the extra fees and currency conversion costs...

There are several fee free options however I have not yet had the chance to use them but soon will. I need to see what exchange rates they use. I hope it's official visa rates.
