China Eastern - How is it ??

Guys - I am getting a cheap fare ( as compared to other airlines) for China Eastern but never flew in it or know anyone in circle who has flown in it. Can someone advise me how is their seats , services & overall flight experience as compared other players for AUS-IND sector like Singapore , Malayasia , Thai etc ??

I have flown with them domestically in China a few times, all in economy. They are one of the three main Chinese airlines. I was happy with them. Fairly new planes, good service, flights all on time, staff could speak good English and the food was alright. Nothing spectacular but I would certainly fly with them again (a bit like Qantas).

Although I have no experience of their long haul product.

I might consider using other service besides from them.But if you are looking for a cheap one, they surely be the top choice. Besides, China is known for cheaper rates when it comes to general.
