Has anyone experienced requesting a chargeback for a visa application? I'm a little concerned as to whether I'll get blacklisted from the country.
I've applied for Kaza Univisa for Zimbabwae and Zambia online via the Zimbabwae site as you have to apply with the country of your first port of entry. I made two applications and paid for both but it seems like the payment wasn't registered by one of the applications and only one has been granted.
I'm thinking about requesting a chargeback once I return to Sydney. I've made two attempts to contact them via email but I'm fairly sure that no one is looking at their emails. I'm only concerned that I might blacklisted once I request the charge back.
