Hey Guys,

I'm off to London for a week or so, having booked through Qantas, I then tweaked my booking on the emirates site to book and pay for some exit row seats.

Now I've the dilemma of needing an extra day - but I can't see a way to change my flights on the Emirates website, however I can on Qantas for a small fee ($8)

If I do this, what's going to happen to those exit seats I booked? It was a few hundred bucks, it's not a deal breaker to loose it. Just wondering if there's a better way I should go to try and get this similar "upgrade" - if you can call it that in economy.

Cheers :)

If you paid through EK for the exit seats, then you'd need to call EK and ask them about getting a refund.
If you changed to a QF flight, the exit seats on QF will also be an additional cost (if you can select them) - wouldn't be transferred over.

I would probably just go ahead and make the change on the Qantas website and if you have issues with your exit row seats, call EK and explain. Assuming the operating carrier isn't changing along with your date change.

Really not that difficult to find the information on EK's website with a simple Google search. Would have taken less time then to star this thread.
