Hi everyone,

Although i'm not "new" to AFF, i have only just recently become a member.

I have done a little bit of a search on this and couldn't find what i wanted.

I am flying from Singapore to London on the 12th Nov with EK on EK433/005. I have noticed that there are earlier flights ex Singapore and want to know are there any penalties by changing my flights over the phone? i.e. change fees etc.

I am flying into Singapore on the 11th Nov, arriving approx 2100pm. Is it possible to go straight to the check in counters and ask to change flights without any charge???

Thanks in advance

Hi EK001,

Welcome to AFF.

Without a lot more information it is not possible to answer your question.

What class are you travelling? All the information you are seeking will be in your fare rules. The cheaper the ticket then the more likely it will cost to change and possibly the more expensive that change will be.

If an earlier flight pushes you into a DXB transit time that would require EK to place you in a hotel, then I think they would not allow this.
