I have a flight booked for September BNE - SIN - LHR - DUB, and DUB - LHR - SIN - PER.

The booking was originally V class, and I paid to get it changed to M class, so that I could earn Velocity points and SCs.

For some reason when I go online, it won't let me make any changes. Not too sure why I can't, but that's another story.

Anyway, I now need to from from SYD instead of BNE. Is this a change that can be dont on a M class fare?

Cheers in advance folks.

Going to have to speak to the Call Centre or your travel agent. Once bookings start getting modified some options are not available via the website.

ALso, I notice this weekend there are periods of system maintenance, may not be an effective weekend for changes.

Just a quick update here.

I spoke with the SQ call centre, and the flight was changed no problems and at no extra cost.

They even checked with the airport staff to verify my baggage allowance, and advised me that I'm allowed an extra 20kg over and above the ticketed 30kg because of my Velocity Gold status.

Something tells me that might be problematic when I check with Aer Lingus at Dublin airport on the way back. I did call them though and they told me that they would honour any baggage allowance SQ give me, so fingers crossed.

Cheers folks!
