Hi,
I'm travelling BNE-NRT return in a few weeks (transiting in SIN obviously). Am I eligible for changi dollars on both transits or only one? Can I claim them 24hrs a day (return leg arrive in SIN at 3am).

If 2 x o/w bookings YES - if 1 x ret booking NO - I think - but only ever book o/w's - somebody else might need clarify.

On the terms and conditions it says:

  • CDVs can only be claimed once, on either leg of the passenger's itinerary.
    - E.g. If a passenger is travelling through Singapore from Sydney to Beijing, he can claim his $40 CDVs either upon his arrival in Singapore from Sydney OR upon his arrival in Singapore back from Beijing.
Best thing to do is book two one ways if it makes financial sense.

Have collected $180 in the past 5 weeks.

 $180 = 4.5 x $40?

(4 x $40) + (1 x $20)

Only $20 is on offer for the shorter intra-asia routes like PEN - MNL.

Thanks for the info guys. Do i just show my itinerary to claim?
The T&C say Boarding Passes and Itinerary. These days they have electronic access to something (or so it appears) which they use to check the itin.

They used to want Arriving & Departing BP but last trip they accepted just the next BP and cross checked with their system.
