Changes to card payment fees

Very interesting - was expecting some sort of "beat" or one-up-manship from VA.

VA are bleeding money ... these are still a cash cow

Except that doesn't actually answer the FAQ question. Needing a card to rent is one thing, the question is about how to settle payment after renting. There should be no reason someone couldn't settle the bill with cash when returning the car.
