I am lost at figuring out how much QF will ask to change dates on a classic reward ticket (on RJ).
The QFF fee schedule Frequent Flyer - About the Program - Terms & Conditions says:
For Classic Award changes: 3,500 Points per passenger. Where changes are made to Classic Awards via Qantas Telephone Sales, Service Fees (below) are payable in addition to the Change Fee.

Service Fees : International: 8,000 Points per passenger OR (where money payment option available) The A$ or NZ$ change fee set out in the '
Fees for making changes to Bookings
' table at qantas.com

So off to that second link:

Australian International - all changes
A$80

The problem is I have little points left in my account. Am I right in assuming that I will be up for $35 + $80 per passenger, or will QF insist on having 3500 points per passenger plus the $80 change fee?

Also do I really have to do this today (before 1 April when supposedly fees are increasing?)
Thanks
