CB Visa Silver QFF points transfer

Just went to transfer some points from my CB Visa Silver to QFF, what has happened to the transfer rate? It was 1:1, now 2:1!!!!
Have read the other posts about this, where some have mentioned that they received notice on their statements, have looked through all my statements for 2007 and 2008 and there is no mention of this change!
So where do I stand? Has anyone complained? WHat happened? As a CB customer for 30 years I am really disappointed - what next, will they halve the balance of my savings account????
Is a way forward to upgrade to Gold, transfer the points, then go elsewhere!!!

It has been that way since June 11th. This change was advertised with Silver cardholders' statements in March/April this year.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I have carefully checked my statements for the whole year, both the paper copies and the on-line ones and there is no mention of any change to the points transfer rate.

In the other posts someone else also mentioned that no advise was on their statements too.

Is there any more people with the same issue?
