Cash copay for QRPC awards on VA?

Does anyone know what the cash copay is on a QRPC award on VA domestic, like MEL-CNS or MEL-PER? Or can anyone with a significant Avios balance price it for me? I can establish that it's 11k/22k Avios for Y/J respectively but I don't want to lock the points in Avios without knowing the cash cost.
