Very few seats available SYD to CBR this afternoon. I had to pay extra to move my Flex ticket into this time.

Who knew CBR was so popular for the weekend ?

Is anything happening this weekend ?

I've gotta say, I don't get it either - no competition. VA just don't run many flights and the ones they do are chock full.
To Melbourne on Saturdays, VA has a grand total of ..... 3 flights!! make sure you don't need to be on one the day before!

It's becoming very weird now that QF is so often cheaper (acknowledging VA would be if I planned ahead better).

I also noticed a number of cancellations on the QF network this afternoon so that wouldn't have helped.

Be careful VA love to cancel their CBR flights - have been left in the lurch twice this year and given they don't have much of a presence, the recovery is poor (one time I was rebooked onto QF!)
